OHA - Virtual Case Management - 120 Minutes

This appointment is an online occupational health assessment of who has multiple health conditions over Teams, Zoom or by Telephone. Following the assessment, an occupational health report containing background information and recommendations will be provided to management and HR in accordance with individual, organisational policy. Please note that this timeframe is inclusive of report writing.
